WONDERLAND
Summer is upon us! I look forward to this time of year so much. I love teaching art but miss my outdoor studio and extra time to focus on painting. The ground has thawed and blue skies have replaced the grey skies of winter. I have so many paintings planned for these summer months and cannot wait to get started. I may start them all at once! Also, to be noted. I have several series in the works. I am still pursuing clouds as a main theme but have also added trees, parks, gardens and even....winter. I have a few winter paintings to complete yet. I must admit, it feels odd to paint winter when it's so warm out. To be fair- it was only a few weeks ago that we still had snow on the ground and oil paint can take a while to finish.
